Mostransport

An application that allows users to select transportation options and plan routes from point A to point B in Moscow. The main goal of the project was to reassemble the mobile application almost from scratch through research and comprehensive market analysis in order to design a user-friendly service with a focus on important functionality and multi-route options. Through redesign, we aimed to reduce the route-building time from 2 minutes to 30 seconds, a goal we successfully achieved with the updated application. We validated this improvement by testing it with real users.

Raiffeisen Bank

One of the most challenging projects in terms of processes involved creating a personal dashboard for 10,000 bank employees together with a team. The project had around 15 product managers, each responsible for separate, disconnected services for employees.

As an Art Director and researcher on the project, I needed to gather insights from each product manager about what was most crucial in their part. To achieve this, I conducted interviews, surveys, and organized workshops to create JBTDs (resulting in about 400 job stories) with the team.

Additionally, I conducted five rounds of interviews with employees. I divided all 10,000 employees into three dimensions: position (developer, accountant, cashier), level (manager, regular employee, intern), and context (using the dashboard in the office, at home, in the metro). I selected 10-12 individuals from each dimension for research, where I tested the illustrated prototypes.

I assembled the project framework, understood how to merge 15 different internal bank services into one, and passed it onto another designer and Art Director for further detailed design and visual styling.

Furthermore, myself and two other Art Directors created a complete concept for a Raiffeisen Bank tender in just 2 days. With this concept, we won the tender and started working on the project.

Movip

A tool for film production planning. The product needed to be user-friendly for planning the complex process of shooting a film, as all production stages must be planned a year or two in advance. If, for instance, on August 20, 2024, there's rain instead of the planned sunshine, the entire plan involving actors, locations, lighting, sound, and more needs to be revised.

Due to the product's complexity, I took on the roles of both a lead product designer and an art director:
